I was new to the area and had some questions during checkin. The person at the counter was very friendly and graciously answered my questions and gave me some tips while in town. The room was large, clean and bed was comfy. The hot tub and pool are excellent little attractions. Theres a decent outdoor mall within 5 min walk for any needed supplies or a late nite adventure! Highly recommend this pad!

Positive: "" Negative: Hotel is very dated. Shower had half of a vent in the ceiling, and some mysterious black stuff on the walls. Water pressure was very good. Tile floor has calcium seeping up from below. A/C unit was working fine, but made lots of noises.

The rooms are beautiful and the front desk people are extremely polite and professional. I have no idea what others are talking about but this hotel is wonderful. Quaint, easy to access, parking is easy, it’s crisp and clean, has a nice comfortable bed, and it’s very quiet despite being fully booked. I’m amazed that there is less than a 4 star review actually and if you read my other reviews, you’ll see I am a very tough critic. Management must have changed recently because the problems others are talking about are just non existent.

Very friendly staff. They work hard to keep the place clean. Our room always looked nice when we got back from our daily activities. The pool and hot tub were open for use but we didn't use them. The place is old, but isn't falling apart yet so it's not the worst place to stay. I'm used to YouTube TV so having to use some old cable tv system was below average. The bed was ok. Not super comfy - hadn't slept on a spring mattress for a while. Made it work. We did hear people pounding on other room doors a couple of nights. Loud enough to wake us up. Not sure what that was about but I guess you could get that anywhere. The A/C unit in the room worked great, as did the mini-fridge and the microwave. The motel was close enough to the beach and the other venues we attended during the weekend that travel was quick and easy. We took the money we saved staying here and spent it on food and gifts for the grandkids.

The room was in need of repair...just was worn out. The pool is open till 11pm...At 10:45 a group of rowdy inconsiderate early 20 year olds were jumping and yelling and splashing like they were 5. One had taken off his swimsuit...I called the front desk twice...they made them leave at 11 pm...which was too late as we had to be up at 6pm to catch the Flyer. That said, it is a quick 10-15 min drive to the beach and dock.

Positive: Location Negative: First i got a room next to the small shaded courtyard, where it looked like dragged person was seated, next to my room- I got scared! Than I asked for a different room, they gave it to me but it was smelling wired, so overall it wasn?t a great experience

Positive: "" Negative: Said breakfast was included but they did not have breakfast. Staff never made it to our room until very late, so only switched out towels and trash. Noise from traffic was bad. Ice machine didn't work. One dryer was down.

First if all the guy at the desk is probably the worst employee I've ever met. He is rude and disrespectful and I suggest not even wasting your time. This person canceled my reservation after I drove over 51 miles to Costa Mesa for my daughters graduation in the morning. Luckily I ended up getting a room for us at the Holiday Inn up the street. We got there at 11 pm. I even called to confirm and he never said that I needed to pay cash when I called. He refused my bank card. So what does that tell you? Especially when the card i held the room with was approved. Just saying. Fishy to me. So I suggest you avoid this place. I know I will.
