So I cannot stress this enough: THE STAFF ARE PHENOMENAL. SUPER FRIENDLY. They upgraded me to a suite which was a really cool, interesting room. The hallways look like they are straight out of the shining so I was super impressed when I opened the door to my room. UNTIL the next morning when I saw that my bed was soiled with what I thought was blood, feces, vomit or maybe even a combination of all three. The front staff were super apologetic and did comp me to an extent but honestly I was so revolted at what I saw that it didn’t seem like enough. I was going to stay another two days after the first night went well but at that point I really just wanted to get out of there and check into another hotel to shower off who knows what that I may have slept on top of. The inside of the building is BEAUTIFUL. Location was really great, right by a metro. The diner inside was cute and the food was decent. Again, STAFF SUPER FRIENDLY but that bed situation was absolutely disgusting.

Our stay has been great here. The rooms were super clean and spacious, we stayed on the 11th floor and had great views from the window. We had all the necessary things available (hairdryer, iron, toiletries). The hotel also had a beautiful lobby with an outside area for the bar/restaurant where you can enjoy a meal or a drink. We were really happy with the location, we had a car and we could park right by the hotel for a 30$ fee overnight, but we also walked to places like Grand Central Market and Downtown LA and that took just 10-20mins.

I stayed at this hotel from Wednesday through Sunday for a work conference at the LA Convention Center. The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the convention center, and I walked to and from the venue each day. It felt fairly safe during the day, with lots of people around. However, it felt a bit less safe on weekday evenings when the streets were quieter, and I encountered several homeless individuals trying to start conversations. It was more comfortable walking in the evenings closer to the weekend when there were more events and concerts happening, and the streets were busier.

The hotel is conveniently located near some great coffee shops (Kumquat, Nice Coffee, Velo Coffee) and a few restaurants. It offers valet parking, a restaurant, and a charming lobby with a Roaring '20s vibe. On the main floor, you'll find interesting details like old phone booths and a vintage mail chute that add character to the place.

While I didn't get a chance to try the hotel restaurant myself, my friend had breakfast there and enjoyed it.

The rooms are a bit quirky, with showers separated by glass, essentially making them part of the room. This setup can be awkward if you're sharing the room and prefer privacy while showering. It's also important to close the blinds, as the windows face neighboring buildings, and people can easily see in, including from a nearby rooftop.

The bed is set on a platform with a slight step leading up to it. While comfortable, the step is covered in the same carpet as the rest of the room, making it easy to trip--something a few of my friends staying at the same hotel experienced, especially at night.

The room was well-equipped with a fridge, a safe, and plenty of counter space, which was everything I needed. Overall, I might consider staying here again.

The Delphi is the best. First, Hasan at the restaurant is literally the kindest and most hospitable person in the industry (if you stay, find him). He will find any way to make anyone feel welcome and is truly a professional in his career. All of the staff works hard to ensure comfort. The rooms are clean, and the front desk staff was easy to work with, answered questions (I had a few), and had everything I forgot. I travel a lot for work -- this is a place I'll come back for -- even if just to sit at breakfast and hear more of Hasan's stories! Thank you everyone!

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. The staff was very nice and flexible. The room credit for food was a nice surprise.

The inside room decoration is really nice. Outside hallway decoration is a bit outdated.

Great stay - great location for downtown -> quick and easy access to amenities, shopping, restaurants, and metro. The homelessness in DTLA was not an issue at all. We walked around at 9PM all the time with 0 issue.... never felt unsafe even once.

Have to say was rather disappointed. First the entire hotel looks as if hasn’t had a fresh coat of paint in years - and proving my point they were paining the hallways outside my room at 7pm the other nite. Second, in 2 places in my room the wall had holes that had never had the drywall repaired. Third, the tub basin was so high that it was easy for someone to trip getting either in or out. Fourth I needed wake up calls as my alarm on my phone was not working. Neither morning I was there did I get the requested wake up calls, Yes the location is good and the price reasonable but this is an entirely mediocre hotel.
