Well , my apartment is on renovation and I was looking for to book in a nice local hotel couple of days. I thought this place has perfect location between Huntington Beach and Fountain Valley ... to my surprise I've read the reviews specifically 1 & 2 stars what an awful place: customer service, rooms it's so shameful that in our beloved Orange county ( specially close to the beach ) they offer such a bad service I think The City Hall should pay attention to this kind of things if they want their permits to be renovated.

The pictures are pretty but very deceiving. The lobby is gorgeous. All the art was I am sure, quite costly. Too bad they show no care past that room. The carpets in the halls are drab and they try and hide it with low lighting, yet the pictures of the rooms have every single light on. We got to the room. Average but on the outside looks acceptable. Then I opened the mini fridge which was not cleaned. Move on, maybe that was a fluke. Then I sat on the bed and noticed hair that was not mine on the top sheet. The piece of food the chair ran over got to me, and lastly because the bed smelled like a wet dog, we decided to check out the next morning.

How WE were charged a pet fee is beyond me.

Now, This review would have been different if the manager of the hotel contacted me like the hotel said they would, but alas, no call, as expected. We left the room cleaner than when we arrived, I'd like a full refund.

PS: The coffee and food in their "shop" costs more than other hotels, nothing appears close by, the staff never once smiled (before I complained), no free breakfast or coffee. Go elsewhere.

Had a horrible experience staying here for a night after a late flight arrival. During the booking process, we mentioned that we would be coming very late due to our late night flight arrival. Called in advance to confirm with the hotel for our expected arrival of around 1-2am.

James, who was working the front counter during the time we arrived, was more than helpful, with great hospitality to welcome us with anything we needed for our stay. We had requested for a late checkout during the booking, and he said we just needed to speak to the front desk in the morning and they can most-likely accommodate since we arrived so late and we had already requested in advance during our booking.

The morning came, we went out early, around 8am, to ask the new shift of workers regarding a late checkout. STEPHANIE who is apparently the assistant manager there, deliberately gave us attitude nonstop and even shouted at us in front of a crowd of other guests. I personally, simply asked for a late checkout, and she said no we can't do that, and that it is OUR fault for not paying for it in advance. I went over the details, saying how James had already told us we will be able to at least get to 2pm, however, STEPHANIE kept saying James is wrong, and kept trying to kick us out. Saying, if we wanted to, we could pay $45 to stay til 4pm, however, she doesn't have any availability for late checkout for us cause it is "sold out"? Mind you, not once did I try to raise my voice or anything, simply asked for the general manager there, who came to help, his name is Bill, and he was a little more helpful. During the convo I had with Bill, to file a complaint about Stephanie, Stephanie stepped in and told us she never said anything nor did she give us attitude, and told us to leave the facility, right in front of Bill, further confirming everything I had said 🙂 So thanks for showing your true personality in front of your boss to help further prove my case.

Very disappointing stay all due to the poor customer service of Stephanie. Definitely not someone you can trust to be the face of a facility if she continues to behave that way.

On another note, the location is good for OC, and the rooms were good enough for a short stay if all you need is a bed and a bathroom to explore OC outside of it.

WARNING: Dirty rooms, hidden fees, expensive deposits, no free breakfast.

My girlfriend and I stayed here. We booked the room the night before over the phone with the lady I presumed to have worked in the actual hotel itself, but I guess it was just from their reservation line. We told the lady that we had a service dog and she said that, it was no problem and that they would not charge us the pet fee, which is how every other hotel works. We asked the lady multiple times if there was going to be any other fees other than the room rate and taxes in which she replied, just for parking, which was understandable. we also asked if we were able to check in an hour early because we were going to be traveling from Phoenix pretty early in the morning and she said that that would be fine and she would put it in the notes.

So we get there the next day to check in and everything the lady on the phone told us was seemingly wrong. We came in an hour early for check-in to a rude man behind the front desk. We let him know about talking to the lady that booked our reservation and if it was possible to check in early today and that she put it in the notes. Before he even checked, he told me it would be $50 for an early check-in, which is something that the lady on the phone did not bring up once. And then he told us that there was no rooms available and that he would call us in about 20 minutes because it looks like will be available around then. We come back after 25 minutes after no call and it’s a completely different lady and she says that the room is not available yet so we go back outside and sit in our car for 30 minutes and call us five minutes before the check in time for an “ early check-in“. And that they tell us that our service dog was going to be charged the pet fee in which we told her the lady last night said there was done. Her manager is standing right next to us and ignores everything that’s going on and she asked him about it and he just shakes us off and says “ the state doesn’t recognize service/ support animals”. We questioned the lady again at the front desk and she gives us an attitude and says “you heard what my manager just said“

So there’s nothing we can do so we pay the pet fee and then on top of that she tells us there’s a $250 deposit which was never mentioned anywhere on any other reservations or when we were spoken to on the phone. So for two nights we end up spending about $600 to $700.

On top of that, the breakfast they had was ridiculously overpriced and we would just get main looks whenever we walked back into the lobby after checking in.

Whatever you do, please do not stay here you will thank me

房間配套完善，有咖啡包、熱水壺、雪櫃、浴袍、浴室設備、風筒、熨斗熨衣板等等，插頭位置都不少，夠哂方便，而房內有張一大一細嘅長方形長檯、梳化?、茶几，晚上時候可以放電腦在枱上工作或者買外賣回酒店，又或者可以到樓下前台或餐廳購買食物上房間

酒店中央位置有室外游泳池，早上10-9pm供客人游泳，游完水仲可以在沖身房沖完身先上房間；另外有健身房‍♀️及洗衣房。酒店外環境好好，空氣好清新好舒適。酒店附近有幾間唔同食店，行10分鐘多就到，夠哂方便

酒店內嘅餐廳早餐時段7am-9am，早餐餐單選擇多，又好味；Bar? 3pm-6pm會開放，想飲杯酒精飲品，休息一陣，都是唔錯選擇

由機場到酒店可能有啲遠，可以選擇坐巴士?或者包車?

The front desk lady is cold, probably didn't sleep well, and not friendly at all with none smile, just like some sad things happened to her. The room is small, and some people were talking in the hallway loudly at the midnight, but no hotel staff showed up to stop them. It woke me up successfully at 12:30 a.m. After 15 minutes listening, I had to get out of the bed and personally went to the hallway to ask them go back to their rooms cause my kid needed a good rest for the next day tournament.

Don't buy breakfast there, unless you enjoy a 30 minutes waiting line to start your order. The breakfast you purchased at front desk or from the 3rd parties will only include yogurt, milk, cereal, muffin, brownie, not worth, especially wait for 30 minutes. Single orders are expensive. You could eat outside, many good breakfast restaurants around. I was so damn to prepay the breakfast.

By the way, there's no fan in the restroom, so awkward.

Do NOT come to get disappointed. It ruined your vacation. I feel so upset and was so pissed off by the hotel service and the front lady.

And the wheeled chair is so unstable, almost made me sit on a wheelchair in my rest of the life. Do NOT COME!!

Not recommended at all. Very bad service,rude reception. Plus they took 250$ deposit even for one night which is unacceptable,have travelled many hotels over the world there is no hotel takes 250$ deposit but not provide water,toothpaste or mouthwash. And they dont have robe in the room. So bad experience.
