I ordered 2 separate packages, a chocolate one and a birthday one. I wanted all the flavors. I was sent 2 chocolate ones.
Mistakes happen. No big deal, right? I reached out and got no response aside from a confirmation email. It's been several months, still nothing. But I did get an email for a survey. So, I guess I'll bring it up here. But haha! The button to post the survey didn't work. So, I had to go to the site and review. Here I am.
Also, I thought I'd get a series of flavors, nope. They all tasted the exact same. Very bland.
I will never purchase again. The customer service is non-existent. And the taste matches the service. Buyer beware.

Do not waste your time with Ma-Ka-Rohn. It was a truly terrible product and their customer service is nonexistent to help rectify your order. Save yourself the time and headache and order from a local patisserie.

READ ENTIRELY BEFORE ORDERING
I placed an order more than 4 weeks ago. At the two week mark I emailed to inquire on the status of my order. I did not receive a response except for an automated form letter email. The email indicated that orders are fulfilled within 2 to 3 weeks. The 4 week mark was three days ago. I emailed today and received the same form letter. There is no other way to contact this company and they do not respond individually to correspondence. Be very wary of purchasing from this company. I would recommend purchasing from a local bakery before trusting this company.
EDIT: it is now 10/9/24 and the order is still unfulfilled. I have sent four cancellation emails and have yet to receive a response. PLEASE READ ABOUT THEM ON THE BBB WEB SITE. They have the lowest rating, and according to the BBB, the owners of the business indicated they are not interested in addressing any complaints with them or customers.

I’ve been waiting for weeks for my order to be shipped! During that I try to contact the customer service multiple times but no response. Honestly I’m very disappointed. When I tried the macarons, it doesn’t worth to wait for it. Taste and texture are very weird. Some macarons had just a little bit of filling and tastes nothing like the names.
I wouldn’t recommend to anyone!

I placed my order on 9/8/24. Today is 10/23/24 and I still have not recieved any update or tracking information
I have emailed them multiple time to ask for a update and finally to cancel my order with no response. Only a automated reply. Do not order from these people. They will take your money and not send you your order. Filling a Better Business Bureau claim now.

I had ordered from them two years ago and had no problems. However, I’ve been waiting for a month for my shipment and nothing has arrived. They don’t respond to emails and there is no phone number. I’m going to dispute the charge with my credit card company. I will never order from them again.

I waited over a month for my order of a dozen macarons to be fulfilled. I placed the order on July 19 and received an email that the order has finally been shipped on August 29.
I tried to contact them multiple times and only received an automated reply to say that orders can take up to 2-3 weeks. This was never stated on the website, had I known it would take this long, I would have never placed the order as it was a birthday gift.
Very poor customer service and just poor service overall. This was my first and last time ordering from them.

First time I ordered from them in 2021… was the best I ever tasted. now that my kid is in college thought it would be great to order a care package for her with her favorite dessert… I Was wrong. Ordered them on 8/27 and we almost through October and I have not even received any email of a possible ship date. NOTHING! Sent several emails only to be answered by an auto response that we should get them in a month… welp it’s passed a month and I can’t even get a refund. Thanks for literally NOTHING!!!!!
