Notre chambre était propre, ce que nous avons apprécié. Le thème de l'aventure est sympa et ils ont un petit prix pour vous dans la boîte à trésors. Ce serait bien s'il y avait un petit mot pour les enfants qui séjournent dans la boîte, ça aurait été génial. Je ne savais pas que le petit déjeuner était gratuit si vous séjourniez dans cet hôtel, nous avons donc eu de la chance lorsque nous nous sommes arrêtés pour demander quel était le temps d'attente et on nous a dit qu'il était inclus,|| l'enregistrement est un peu déroutant surtout lorsque vous ne parlez pas la langue heureusement une personne du personnel nous a compris et aidé son nom Jorge Ignacio personne que je décris comme amicale et serviable c'est bien que l'hôtel ait du personnel bilingue pour aider les clients ne parlant pas l'anglais ils sont appréciés. L'attente pour une table peut également être longue et le restaurant finit à 11 heures, il faut donc arriver rapidement.|| La nourriture était excellente, nous étions donc contents de prendre le petit déjeuner là-bas. Nous avons adoré marcher jusqu'au parc depuis notre chambre. Il y a une petite salle de jeux et une salle de danse. L'aire de jeux dans le hall est agréable et conçue pour les enfants de moins de 10 ans.||Tout le personnel est aimable et serviable. J'aime le fait qu'ils vous envoient un message dès que votre chambre est prête et que vous pouvez leur laisser vos bagages pour profiter du parc à thème et revenir quand votre chambre est prête. J'aurais aimé qu'il y ait une table pour les collations et un micro-ondes dans la chambre.

Staff is extremely unhelpful and unfriendly. Purchased the Premium Birthday package, didn't arrive til after 5pm, apparently it's not something staff get excited about in front of the birthday kids. Our room was downgraded with out our permission. Breakfast is included but you have to go outside to check in then get seated inside. Better to spend your money at the Castle Hotel, they have a hot tub as well!

We really enjoyed our stay, our son absolutely loved the Ninjago themed room. However, a couple of items have left a really bad impression. First was that we paid extra to have a balcony - unfortunately our balcony faced the parking lot and the pool bathrooms. Had I known, I would have NEVER paid extra for this. Second is we left a robe and bathing suit hanging in the bathroom. Every day I get a “we are looking for your items” bot email. We basically are never going to receive our items. Which I guess we should have expected as the hotel is run by teenagers. There’s no front desk (or front desk manager), it’s just a young kid with an iPad or a self check in machine, that’s it. Trying to speak to an actual person that can help/do something is frustrating. A traditional hotel would have found the items and gotten back to us within a few hours. ||I will say the breakfast buffet is amazing, there is something for everyone and more. Seating is extremely cramped though. ||The castle hotel is much more worth the high prices, we will not stay at this hotel again.

We had a lovely time. The hotel was very clean. We stayed on the Castle side but also enjoyed the lobby at the main hotel. The bed was comfortable. I loved that they had free detergent and washers and driers. The staff were very welcoming and supportive. Movie night at the Castle courtyard was our favorite part. We’ll be back next year.

Stayed in the adventure room on the 3rd floor. Kids participated in the dance party at 6:30pm. Breakfast in the morning was decent. We met the hot dog man (character meet and greet) during dinner time. There's a large castle play area right inside the lobby. Fun to explore this hotel and see the differences between this one and castle hotel.|A very kind lobby employee Jorge made my son's day by giving him a minifigure and providing us with some towels that we had requested but he took care of bringing them to us, because we already needed them and they had taken a long time to bring them and he was very kind and immediately took them.

Well what can I say? We loved Legoland prior to this last experience.

We planned an amazing trip for my daughters 7th birthday (we have three daughters). We were so excited to have two days at the park and two nights at what we thought was an amazing hotel for children and parents. The first day was awesome as usual and most of the second day was good as well, "Brick or treat" and everything.

Then BOOM! My 9 and 7 year olds hit the hotel pool and about 5 hours after the pool visit, they became violently ill. I won’t go into detail but by the next day they were so sick that we were unable to get them out of bed, let alone get them in the car to make the short drive home of 1.5 hours.

At first I asked for a late check out, which they wanted to charge for, but after a short argument they let us stay an additional two hours.

Meanwhile, we had hotel staff knock on our door 2-3 different times telling us we were supposed to be out of the hotel by 11am. Each time, we had to explain our situation and the staff member would get on their phone and walk away. This happened an all while we were tending to 2 sick little ones who couldn't keep anything down.

The 2 hours had passed and they were still not any better so we realized that we must stay one more night. I explained once again that they were sick due to the food, or most likely the pool, and then the manager went ahead and charged me $300 and some change even though they agreed that my kids were sick due to LEGOLAND. Obviously it was more than being charged for the room, we had to order out for dinner, take off work unexpectedly, and still have a terrible drive home. The children are still sick over 24 hours later.

I took samples of the pool water etc... now I have to deal with attorneys and non sense just to attempt a refund on my $300. I really liked this place but now we will not be attending Legoland ever again. Shame on you Legoland, your corporate office agrees.

Loved visiting at Halloween time. Especially grateful to Cesar at the front desk who helped with our check out from the castle hotel and was able to bring out the special mini fig trading display just before we left to make for an extra special last memory.

The candy lines were super crowded which is expected. The decorations were fantastic for the holiday.

Staying in a hotel dedicated to Lego Blew the minds of our Lego obsessed kids. The Lego to play with, the disco elevator and the treasure chest hunt were a bonus! Breakfast buffet was great and a good amount of variety. The staff we super friendly and nice (jorge from the lobby welcomed us and showed us where our room was and gave us a minifigure as a gift - great job by him). The price for the standard family room was the same as other hotels in the area, so worth it for the unique experience. My children are aged 6,9,11years old and fit perfectly in the bunk bed and trundle 'kids only' alcove in the room. Legoland hotel was basically an extension to the park and being able to walk outside and straight to the gate was awesome. Only regret is not booking more than one night.
