I saw their van driving around the neighborhood twice and I thought I would give them a try for an upcoming trip. Their prices were much higher than Uber or Lyft but I decided to give them a chance because they provided car seats and I wanted a set pick up time.

My rating is primarily due to the level of communication and the fact that my driver was late. I had a 6pm pickup and apparently the first driver cancelled. The replacement driver was running late and had to go pick up the car seats. 6 o’clock came and no one had contacted me yet. I called them and then I was told we were getting ready to contact you. I felt the dispatcher was very nonchalant about what happened and he said “ oh I guess we can give you a credit” but that never happened. I expected him to contact me when he knew the first driver had canceled. When the driver finally did arrive, she didn’t apologize for being late.

The round-trip pick up was a little better. The driver was running a little late due to traffic, but he did call to communicate with us. And he was much nicer and pleasant. I gave them an average rating because we did make our train on time despite what happened but it was a 20 minute ride to the train station and not a ride to the airport. Next time I’ll try another company.

KALAJU was fantastic. Mike, the driver, gave messages as soon as we landed and was helpful to a quick pickup as soon as we got our luggage. He was quick to get us to our stops and was very helpful in loading and unloading our 14 pieces of luggage! Kuddos to Mile and KALAJU!!!!

So happy! They arrived at our house 10 minutes early and called to let me know they arrived. Our driver helped us load up the car and offered car seats if needed! The ride was smooth and quick and it felt so nice knowing we were using a reliable transport service! Thanks!

I had the best experience with Kalaju Transportation during my trip to Chicago. The driver, Moshe, was friendly and waiting for me at the airport when I arrived. I felt safe in the car and comfortable. I’ll definitely book on my next trip to Chicago!
