It's really hard to find contractors that are honest and reliable these days. K&A Construction is that and more. They built a great deck, cover and outdoor kitchen for us. They take pride in their work. They didn't shy away from custom features. Those cabinets were hand-made in house and designed perfectly for our needs. And they were always happy to take care of the unforeseen little details that come-up without price gouging. They moved sprinklers, extended our existing flagstone, and were gracious even when I kept changing the color of the ceiling. 😉 I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Alex and his team (Dakota, Jose, and Juan) did an amazing job with our deck and pergola and we couldn’t be happier with the end result. Alex was professional and very responsive to all our inquiries from start to finish. Dakota was our project lead and was at our house every morning promptly at 7am and worked extremely hard. Any issues or problems that arose, Dakota and team quickly fixed and were very easy to work with.

The project did take a bit longer than expected (delayed) but we had some unique/complex logistics with moving baseboard heaters, electrical, etc with replacing a window and adding a new French door to our deck.

The work was quick, coordinated, and well done. K&A handled the building permit, inspection, and kept us informed. They were considerate especially since we have large dogs. They let us know when they would be working and closed gates when they left for the day.
