All the staff were very polite, friendly and professional. Our air conditioner quit working and maintenance had it fixed in a short period of time. The rooms are spacious, clean and the beds are very comfortable.
The only complaint I have is that there's no microwave in the room, they will bring you one but, they charge you $10 per day for having it. For the price you pay per room, you shouldn't have to pay extra for it!! There are 2 restaurants, a Starbucks, a sorbet/deli sandwich shop, souvenir shop (sweat shirt, T-shirt, magnet etc...). Shuttles that take you to Disney Land. It's well worth your money.

The front desk staff were able to give us early check-in at 12:00pm, which made our entire day! We were exhausted from flying and just wanted to shower and nap. It was an awesome surprise. I appreciated the staff at the front doors that constantly opened them for us and greeted us. We loved utilizing the shuttle service to and from the Disney parks. We felt it was a great benefit and price point. It always arrived on time, and we could count on having reliable transportation, which put us at ease. It was nice having Target across the road for last minute needs. Also, we enjoyed having the Starbucks in the lobby. I would 100% stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay. The reception fulfilled my request for an upper floor, quiet room. The room was also at least partly updated (bathroom TV) and clean except for the floor. They responded right away and clean it after we left. Location and surroundings are pleasant. Disneyland is within $10 Lyft range and, for us, better than the shuttle ($6 pp/day)

We recently returned from a nine night stay and thoroughly enjoyed it. Customer service was excellent in particular Ivan on reception who went out of his way to assist us. Our room was spacious, clean & comfortable. Plus, breakfast and dinner were very tasty! There is an excellent gym on site plus two swimming pools. Also, there is a hotel shuttle service to and from Disney which was very convenient. We highly recommend the Hyatt Regency and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

First off, the hotel is great. The three star rating stems mainly from the fact that I felt extorted on a daily basis - I will explain.

This hotel is right down the street from Disneyland where my family went in vacation. The hotel has their own shuttle, which is awesome. What I didn't know was that the shuttle guests $6/person/day. To make matters worse, there's no way to pay for multiple days at one time, so I had to pay daily for the shuttle. Every day for 5 days, I paid for the shuttle for four people.

You also have to pay for parking - $15/day.

I get it.... Due to the proximity to Disneyland, the real estate is very valuable, but I felt like I was constantly putting out money by staying at this hotel.

Oh yeah.... There's no free breakfast. The buffet is $28/person/day. We ended up buying food from Walmart and using the mini fridge.

Stayed 2 nights here attending a professional conference and was delighted with my room (1511) with two firm but comfortable queen beds. The large window overlooks the fountains below as well as fireworks from Disneyland (9:30pm Friday to Sunday only, I believe). Love the fact that there were drinking water fountains everywhere on the ground floor, some that allowed me to fill up my personal water bottle. Plenty of restaurants and fast food establishments within close walking distance, as well as a laundromat and Target. They also have a shuttle to Disneyland (for a nominal fee), which I didn’t use since I was there for business. Maybe next time when the family and I return for Disney.

Clean tidy hotel. Rooms very spacious. ||||Very close too Disney and about 45 minutes from universal studios. ||||Didn't use the pool of food facilities so can't comment on those. ||||Spent one week here would highly recommend. Just be careful of the parking charges. They were included in our stay but at checkout the were on the bill. Had to get them removed

Great time and stay. Will be staying here again soon. Shuttle to Disneyland for $6 a day per person was a nice option. It’s @30 minute walk to the park. The 8th floor didn’t have an ice machine. Microwaves do need to be rented for $10 a day. They’re not provided. Bellhops, lobby staff and cleaning staff were all great. Parking is convenient for a daily fee.
