We absolutely loved our visit here. It was so nice, clean and comfortable and we loved how it was located in a convenient spot in town. Our room had a great view of a little river and the town. The valet guys are the nicest and most helpful as well as the front desk concierge. The baristas absolutely shouldn’t be working in customer service but other than that the whole experience was great! We will definitely be back.

The staff here went above and beyond to make my dog Ripp and I feel welcomed. The hospitality and amenities are all very dog friendly with countless hiking trails outside to dog treats at the check in desk. The coffee and food were both outstanding and the service was amazing. Also the full gym and spa were extremely high end. With multiple hot tuns and sauna over looking a beautiful view of the river. I would highly recommend staying here!

We stopped in to have breakfast with friends who were staying here for their wedding. The food was amazing! Highly recommend the French toast. Our server was super kind and she was on it! Giving four stars because the host and a couple other employees were pretty rude.
Overall the place is very nice, modern, and clean. I would stay here over some of the other places in Breck.

Literally every staff member at Gravity Haus Breck was extremely polite, helpful and generally happy. From the moment we arrived Connor made sure we were taken care of and every day he had a smile and was eager to make sure that we were enjoying our stay.

The staff in the bar and restaurant accounted for some of our most pleasant encounters.

Prices are reasonable and the hotel simply had all that we needed. Even with our two dogs, we felt comfortable and never struggled to relax.

I travel for work and this hotel runs circles around almost everywhere else I stay on their service alone. To the owners, and management…your hotel is awesome but your employees put it over the top. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

I don't usually give 5 star reviews, but this place really exceeded my expectations in a number of ways. First, the price was very reasonable for a central location in downtown Breckenridge. Second, the staff were super friendly and helpful . Finally, I really appreciated the decor in the room with lots of wood and comfortable furnishings (not the generic or over-the-top luxury furnishings in some hotels); the multiple hot tubs were great too.

Omg what a little gold mine! Adorable rooms with great aesthetic feels. The restaurant upstairs was amazing and cool like “ski lift” chairs you could sit and eat in.! The location downtown was perfect/ walking distance to everything!
The valet parking was covered for my jeep and the attended was very attentive. They brought me some more pillows as soon as I let them know I wanted a few more ! Customer service was excellent.

We booked 2 rooms for 2 nights and one room looked out over a bank of of air conditioners and the other was within arms length hotel air handler. No one goes to the mountains and expects that kind of view. Not having a mountain view, fine, being able to reach out the window and touch the air handler, unacceptable. Our room (204) should not be rented. At the very least it should come with a warning and a discount. As, frankly, should all the rooms that are on the back L of the building. They all overlook what amounts to an industrial site, which for a mountain experience, is never the dream. We came from the city to escape the city and were met with an industrial experience that was much worse than the city. ||Everyone who worked at the hotel was perfectly nice. But to rent 2 rooms for 2 nights as a vacation escape from the city and be given rooms that were terrible was really insulting and nothing was done to try and ameliorate that bad will. Whoever designed this hotel and whoever decided that those rooms were rent quality should be fired. An atrocious experience.

Great location and comfortable rooms.

Hotel needs to work on compatibility with other booking services (especially the epic pass), and reduce added on fees like parking and resort fees. Their fees rival much nicer hotels and the amenities aren't anything special.
