Great Place and Staff like Paulina at the front desk. This was my second stay here and Paulina knew I needed a first floor room because of my bicycling tour. Javier, the Operations Manager, took time to greet me in the hallway to inquire about my stay. The facility is quiet and clean. Close to Costco, and restaurants like Chick Fil A. Highly recommend this place.

Every question and request made by my family was promptly and professionally handled.

The food is really good and I love the lobby lounge areas.

Stayed the night on July 4th and had an excellent experience! From making the reservation to checking out, the customer service was absolutely stellar- and it was all due to Paulina being so accommodating and kind. The rooms are very clean and it was pretty quiet. The price wasn’t that bad either. I was also talking to regulars that mentioned they come back due to Paulina’s exemplary customer service 🙂

This review is on behalf of my husband. "Stayed here twice in business. Both rooms were next to each other. I'm pretty sure the room has mold. The carpet seemed to be moist if not wet in parts. There was a must smell. My first trip I ended up pretty sick. It was also several nights. My second trip was one night and I woke up with a cough and on the verge of the exact same illness as last time. Luckily it was only a 1 night stay. I'm not sure if it is the whole hotel, or just the time I stayed in. The halls smell old and musty. I even explained how I was feeling to a colleague who has experience with mold, unbeknownst to me at the time. He said that sounds like mold exposure. I told the front desk the carpet seemed wet and the room moldy they just shrugged like whatever. Don't stay here if you value your health." I'm looking in to how to report this location and their lack of care when a serious issue was brought forward. I would be embarrassed to have guests stay in moldy rooms if I were them. My husband was pretty sick and out of it after his first trip. Disturbing, scary.

The room was clean and big for three of us. We had two queen beds that were very comfortable. |The deck overlooking the pool was very nice and they did a great job with the lights at night. It was very picturesque. |It was a good location for us in between the attractions that we wanted.|Would I stay again. Yes

Paulina is great! Let her know that it was my daughter and grandson's birthday. She was very acomodating and made us all feel special.

Unfortunately with a security hold of $250 I am unable to return. Most holds for the area are $0-100.

The staff at this property earns this place five stars. Every single person who worked there was amazing and helpful and went above and beyond. Every person. The lobby is wonderful as is the courtyard. The location fantastic. The room unfortunately had issues. The bed was comfortable. But. There was a huge water stain on our ceiling. The toilet seat was broken. The thermostat was broken. And the bed is placed in a way that only one person can watch TV. If they moved the bed to the wall opposite the TV the whole room would work better. The TV could be mounted on the wall and the desk and dresser moved to where the bed is located. The rooms definitely need some OM.

this is tired, musty old property. furniture, linens are worn. an average 2 star property at best. I stayed here for two nights; should have left after first night. regretted staying the second night. good location.
