We had a great time. The food and the service at the Lochness pool were stellar! Heather N & Christine E were amazing. Always smiling, always polite and made you feel like you were they’re top and only priority. And, the food, |Amazing! We even ordered to go and took meals to a family gathering. Krista knocked it out of the park. The resort is beautiful and the crew is doing a great time getting everything back to 100%. But this visit, I will remember the great times at Lochness. Your staff made it exceptional!

My bf and I get pedicures here regularly and we LOVE this spa. We really like that there are no noxious fumes like most nail salons. It’s so clean. ||And both Yedanni and Ashley are phenomenal and do wonderful pedicures. ||We highly recommend this place

We're local to the area, and we LOVE Innisbrook. We evacuated here during hurricane Helene, and we loved it so much. Starting with check in, the kindness and service was excellent. Once the amenities were back open, the kids enjoyed the pool, walking the grounds, the playground, and the FREE breakfast buffet (summer promo). The staff at breakfast provided amazing service (Danielle, Sydney and Jackie B). Truly, as a tired displaced mom, I cannot thank them for their kindness and service to our family! The grounds are stunning with beautiful oaks and the greenest grass that brought joy to us during a challenging time.

We did lunch at the Lochness Pool. The staff there were incredibly sweet! Christine is always super friendly and very professional. Heather Natalie and E are awesome too. Smiles and service! But the hidden gems there are the cooks! Kristina and Marcia! The best burger in the resort can be found at the pool. The fish was top notch too. Hubby had Fresh Ahi Tuna Chinese Salad. Beautiful fish and the presentation incredible! I had the blackened shrimp tacos, which I highly recommend! Our friends split the grouper sandwich and they throughly enjoyed that with a Bavarian pretzel and cheese. My new fav app! A stop at the pool is a must if you are at the resort.

I recently visited the resort Lockness pool on Labor Day, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The entire pool staff went above and beyond to make our time there truly enjoyable. They were incredibly friendly, always greeting us with warm smiles and making sure we had everything we needed. The level of customer service was top-notch; they were attentive and responsive to any requests, making us feel well taken care of throughout our visit.

What really stood out was how the staff engaged with the kids. They had a variety of fun and creative games that kept the children entertained for hours. Whether it was a water boat race or a tug a war, the kids had an absolute blast, and it was clear that the staff genuinely enjoyed interacting with them. It was refreshing to see such enthusiasm and energy from the team, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable for our family.

Today I took my girlfriend for a pedicure (and got one myself). It was Pure luxury…such a nice treat and they massage your legs and feet too. ||Ashley was great and my gf loved Yedannia as well. We will request them from now on. ||The spa is very clean and very nice.

We came to celebrate our 25th anniversary and Teresa went out of her way to make our night extra special! All her recommendations were spot on. I had the pineapple caipirinha, my new favorite drink! The redfish was cooked to perfection. The donuts were out of this world! Reminded me of malasadas from Hawaii but elevated.||“The donuts with delicious bro” - Dalton

From the moment we arrived, we were met with warm welcomes and friendly smiles that set the tone for our entire visit. One of the standout features of our visit was how well the staff engaged with the children. They organized a range of fun activities that kept the kids entertained all day long. From poolside games to creative water challenges, the staff made sure that the children were having as much fun as possible, allowing the parents to relax and enjoy their time as well. The energy and enthusiasm they brought to the kids’ activities were contagious, and it was clear they genuinely cared about making sure everyone had a great time.

In short, the pool staff delivered an outstanding customer experience that made our stay even more enjoyable. Their attention to detail and dedication to creating a fun, family-friendly atmosphere is something we will remember for a long time. We can't wait to return and experience it all over again!
