We stayed at this hotel for three nights and had a wonderful experience! The location was fantastic, and the lobby staff were friendly and welcoming. The entrance and front desk decor added a nice touch to our first impression. We loved the industrial style of our room, which was both stylish and impeccably clean.

All the toiletries were well-stocked, from shampoo and conditioner to body lotion and hand wash, which we really appreciated. One suggestion would be to add a bathroom spray, as there was no ventilation. The pool was refreshing but a bit chilly for October; it was more of a quick dip-in-and-out situation. The rooftop bar and seating area were also beautiful—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the view.

Overall, a great stay!

The place was charming and fine for a short stay, but we expected more based on the photos. Bed was clean and comfortable but the walls are paper thin! I could hear the people in the room next to me brushing their teeth. Fine spot if you are not 50+ years old like us.

We just stayed one night but it was very nice and was exactly what I needed. My husband and I were attending a concert that night and we wanted a place close by. We knew it would end late and didn’t want to drive to get home after the concert. The place was amazing. The check in process was super easy and very straight forward. We got ready then left to our concert which was a short 16 minute walk to the Crypto Arena. Everything was great and even check out was easy. The only downside is there is no parking for the guests. We had to park at a nearby parking structure which wasn’t so bad for LA but it would have been nice to not have to look and pay for parking. Other than that it was good.

Loved this booked the fashion district King room for me and my wife over the weekend. The room is comfortable the bed is positioned for you to take in a nice view of downtown. The pool area on the roof is a nice place to have a drink ?and take pictures and look over the city. However the only con was the restroom the shower in my opinion needs different nozzle flow settings and a door or curtain for the shower all was lovely but missed out on my steamed showers!

Do NOT stay here! This hotel was a mix of the hotel where they filmed The Shining with a Soviet Union hostel. The room was musty. The bed was barely off the ground. The ceiling was exposed cement...was that supposed to be artsy? Who knows. I didn't feel safe staying here with the smell. They didn't let me cancel. It's blacklisted from my work travel service.

Together I love an will be coming back! The downstairs bar tender and bar back were awesome and friendly so were the Guys and the front desk! The coffee bar was the best place for my morning start!

Manager and staff were so helpful and friendly. My suitcase locker got stuck, I was having a nerves break and they helped me to break it. There were always people at the reception whenever I enter and exit to the hotel. I worked a couple of days from the room and I did not have any wifi problem. I did not have a problem with hot water or AC (heating - cooling) as well. The rooftop wine bar is working from Thursday till Sunday at the evenings. It is cool! The rooftop pool is working from 11 am to 11 pm. The cafe at the entrance is nice, the people were kind as well. Downtown is a different area but I did not have any problems at all. Definitely, I can stay there again on my next trip.
