Disappointing After-Purchase Support

I purchased appliances from K&N Appliances, and while the installation was done, the job was incomplete. I tried reaching out to the sales rep who sold me the appliances to resolve the issue, but after several attempts, I received no response. The installation technician didn’t leave any notes, leaving me with no choice but to hire a contractor to finish the hookup.

The lack of support after the sale is frustrating and disappointing. I expected better service and follow-up from K&N Appliances.

The appliance gallery on Shepherd Dr. had an enormous choice of kitchen equipment and cabinets. Michelle was wonderful at guiding us patienty towards our final selections. Spec check and installation were coordinated by Kelsy, then Christian and Rudy were sent out to do the installation. Christian and Rudy were amazing, taking time and care to ensure everything was absolutely perfect. It is rare to find such attention to detail nowadays, and I thoroughly recommend K&N to others.

Just got my new fridge and I love it. Chelsea (Austin) and Falin (Houston) were very helpful in the sales process and helped me narrow down my choices. Michelle scheduled delivery right away, and the delivery guys were conscientious and took their time in doing the install correctly. Good job all!

I had a great experience with John and Jason installing new Jenn Air microwave oven combo. They took the extra effort to make sure the oven was installed correctly and level. They install a new electrical cover to bring it to code. Great job to the both of them going the extra yard to make their customers very happy.

Service after sale is terrible. I am currently trying to get missing parts and my installation completed. It takes multiple calls and emails before anyone will respond. The process has been a headache. I wish we had gone with Ferguson.

K&N Appliance did a fantastic job on helping me replace and install my new dishwasher. Reggie and DJ can out to do the installation and we’re absolutely fantastic. They were extremely friendly and professional. They did an excellent job on the install and were very efficient. They did an amazing job cleaning up the workspace after and made sure everything was done perfectly to the way I wanted. Would absolutely recommend K&N Appliance and Reggie and DJ.

K&N’s drivers pose a significant risk to pedestrians, cyclists, pets, and other drivers in the neighborhood that they are based in due to their reckless driving habits. Despite my efforts to address the issue, the response from two of their drivers was alarming. They not only displayed arrogance and hostility but also made explicit threats of harm towards me and my dog. Such unprofessional behavior reflects poorly on the company as a whole, and it is clear that they prioritize profit over the safety of the residents. I strongly advise against using the services of K&N until they take immediate action to address their drivers' dangerous behavior and cultivate a culture of professionalism and respect.
