The rooms were clean and comfortable. The |Staff was friendly. |Breakfast was delicious and fresh. Fresh omelette made just for me |Issam was Nice, courteous , amazing and amazing. Issam was timely. Gave history and good places to visit. |Nelson was nice and courteous too

Came over from the UK on my own in a business trip with the hope of moving out in the next few months. Hotel is great and well located for links around OC, beds are comfy and the rooms are quiet and all staff are friendly. Stayed here for 2.5 weeks and Deanne has made my experience even more enjoyable by always being upbeat and talkative, she has taught me about American sports, told me what areas to go and where not to go when I move, recommended bars and restaurants and even talked to me in her British accent (even if she did think I was Australian at first). Would definitely recommend staying at this hotel and I hope you get the pleasure of meeting deanne in the restaurant/bar when you do.

Annie was fantastic. Greeted with a smile. Very friendly and courteous. Annie was very helpful and was multitasking during the check in. She went over everything the Doubletree had to offer and explained all in detail. She made sure to have my water ready and cookies. Great stay

Eileen has made my stay very pleasant. She goes above and beyond to make guests happy and satisfied. She’s patient, considerate, and listens to the guests. You can tell she cares. I would be honored to have an employee like her. I just want to say thanks Eileen for being kind and doing more than just your job. A+

Room was spacious, and clean. no odd smells from the towels, which were middle of the pack for fluffiness. TV was huge at over 5'. Waits for elevator were short. Location was not bad if you wanted to be near spectrum.

I'd say the only annoyance is the $28 for parking but that's average to cheaper for a hotel in Irvine. Rates were not cheap so have to use loyalty programs or credit cards to get more value.

This particular doubletree staff is very welcoming and accommodating. Arriving I received two waters and a house cookie, the room was spacious, clean, and the AC a blessing during the 101 temperature outside. Deanne, the bartender downstairs provided the best service pouring drinks and making sure we had things to do in our off time. She informed us of the house shuttle service to our place of work ( saving us from walking through the hair dryer of the current weather). Never a dull moment at the bar downstairs. I'd visit again for Deanne the friendly bartender, the comfortable room, and convenient shuttle service

I stayed at this Doubletree from 9/7/ to 9/10 and was greeted with the utmost service with professionalism. I also wanted to give a shout out to the bartender, Deanne Aochi, who also greeted with a smile and awesome service. The rooms were laid out nicely and kept very well. I would recommend this hotel and give it a 4* rating!!

This hotel is very, very good. Rooms are very clean, and customer service is excellent. I want to give a big shout out to the complimentary shuttle service. The shuttle drivers were very friendly and helpful, especially Issan. Definitely will be back.
