We had an incredible stay at the Hilton Irvine Orange County Airport! The location is perfect, with easy access to the airport, and the complimentary shuttle service was a breeze—clean, punctual, and the driver was exceptionally friendly. The hotel itself is impeccably clean and well-maintained, showcasing the attention to detail throughout.||The highlight of our stay, however, was the outstanding service provided by the desk associates. Every single staff member we encountered was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of from start to finish. Their commitment to guest satisfaction is truly commendable.||We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. It absolutely deserves a 5-star rating for its excellent service, location, and overall experience. We’ll definitely be returning on our next trip!

I visited from October 15 -17, 2024 on a business trip with my manager. The hotel is a tad bit outdated but I understand they will soon be remodeling. I absolutely LOVE the patio area with pits and heat lamps. It was so nice to enjoy foods and drinks outside on the patio. Johnathan M was super nice and professional. I left my $35 water bottle at the bar and the next day, he located it and it was waiting for me at the front desk. He also texted me during my stay to ensure I was enjoying my stay. He was SUPER attentive and made my stay so seamless. I can't thank him enough and he really deserves a promotion because he goes above and beyond hospitality! Thank you, Johnathan ? Also, Lisa H was great! We had an issue with breakfast and she made it right. No argument, she just made the decision to fix it to our satisfaction and because of these two exemplary employees, I will definitely book my future SoCal trips at this Hilton. Thank you again for making our trip memorable! ?

I've stayed here twice. I'm puzzled by the 4.0 average review. I have really loved my stays. Parking is expensive, but I was able to get complimentary parking because they changed my room to 2 fulls instead of a king, which doesn't matter to me. Cleanliness is very important to me and I have always been impressed with the hotel and beds. Everyone has been super polite and professional. I will always stay here when I have business in Orange County.

I've almost always stayed here the night before I fly out. There is a shuttle and you can also walk to John Wyane. Never had any issues. The hotel itself is old and nothing too fancy but it's decent if you need something by the airport. There are some resturants within walking distance.

The hotel itself is fine. My room was clean and the bed was comfortable. My issue is with housekeeping and then the way the situation was handled by the management after that. ||I checked in on a Friday as part of a large group attending a conference at UC Irvine that entire weekend. Although I was scheduled to check out on Sunday, my room was entirely cleaned and my personal items thrown away by the time I returned from the conference on Saturday. I get it, sometimes people make mistakes and confuse the rooms of people who are checking out or not, and truly sometimes people stay longer or shorter than originally planned, but to throw away my items and not be able to recover them is unacceptable. What bothers me the most is that I am a Hilton Honors member and I gave them my cell phone number. If there was any confusion about my check out date they could have called me. ||Upon returning to my room on Saturday evening, I found all of my items gone and the food I had left in the refrigerator cleared out -- mind you, my key still worked, I was clearly checked still checked in. I immediately went down to the lobby to speak with someone at the front desk. The woman I spoke to was very dismissive but said that she would look into it. The next day I spoke to someone else who took down my information and also said that they would look into it. When I called back later another person said that they saw a note about it, but that there were no updates. That third person also said that they would look into it and call me back. On Monday, still no information, still no call back. I called myself and the fourth person I spoke to said that I should have filled out a lost and found form and proceeded to go through a whole separate procedure. I am currently still waiting for any response.||I don't understand why housekeeping doesn't have a list of who is checking out and who is staying on. That is standard procedure at most hotels. I expect a higher standard from Hilton. I am a Hilton Honors member and frequent their hotels often for work and otherwise. This situation is unacceptable for a hotel of such high regard. I don't think the Hilton in Irvine is up to par with the Hilton standard and I would not stay here again.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Irvine Orange County Airport, and I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received. I want to especially highlight the excellent service provided by the Supervisor, Alex Orenelas.

Alex was incredibly friendly and went out of his way to ensure my stay was comfortable. He was always available to assist with any questions or concerns, and his professionalism truly stood out. It’s rare to find someone so dedicated and genuinely helpful in the hospitality industry.

Thanks to Alex and the rest of the team, my experience at the Hilton was memorable, and I will definitely choose this hotel again for future stays.

The front desk people were very nice and the hotel was very clean. BUT - self parking was $43 a day. You’re supposed to use your room key to get out of the parking lot but it never worked and we had to keep calling to get help. |What would normally be a complimentary buffet breakfast at most hotels was $27 a person and they add a service of $11.50, with a place to add an additional tip on the bill. REALLY? It was a basic breakfast and you helped yourself. We felt like we were being robbed. We won’t be staying here ever again.

We had a wonderful experience - the staff were most engaging and all seemed sincerely nice … Omar at checkout was calm and cool - most professional as he had a few guests requesting assistance at the same time. Daniel served us our breakfast - so very nice! I didn’t like that they just throw out all the package jellies for the toast and they were never touched - hello landfill! Otherwise a good vibe.
