The rooms haven't been updated since the 1960s. The air/heat unit looked like something out of a 1950s motel - and it didn't work. When they "fixed" it, two days later, it smelled so bad we never turned it on again. The bed is old and the electricity is iffy. The sink in my brother's room was so clogged it wouldn't drain at all. They were brushing their teeth in the bathtub. It took them three days to "fix" it and then it was only slightly better.
The breakfast was okay.
There was always a long wait to talk to anyone at the front desk.
They don't clean rooms unless you ask them, and then only after at least three nights stay.

The street outside the hotel is extremely busy and there are no signs allowing you to safely exit or enter the parking lot from the five lanes of constant traffic. We were broadsided while trying to leave the hotel, and since there are no signs "like keep driveway clear or allow traffic to exit") the accident is our fault.

The woman who broadsided us called on two male friends who harrassed me and followed me around the parking lot. They stayed for hours and followed us back to our room. We were afraid to stay there that night. Even though we explained to the front desk why we were leaving early, and it was before noon, they still charged us for the last day.

I wouldn't go there again for anything.

This hotel exceeded our expectation. Our room was very nice and clean, very comfortable. Wi-Fi speed supported my TV fire stick. Very quiet no noise during our weekend stay. Large parking lot, nice clean property with its own diner/cafe with simple traditional food. Unfortunately, we had to leave a day early because of a family urgency with my wife's family. Hotel desk were very supportive and helpful. We want to return back to this hotel again very soon.

Unfortunately my experience was horrible. The hotel was descent and comfortable. Although, the staff was very unprofessional. My stay was was booked for the weekend of my wedding. It was set several weeks in advance by customer service representative, says they will give me a discount, due to my wedding. That the first night was paid with the fees and my second night of our wedding was going to have the discount of the $50 fee. All I needed to do is check in for my hotel card and parking permit . Checking in, they had me complete a form and still pay a $50 fee , they said because it was not through them. I was like no we paid the fee and one night has no fee. They said, it will get reimbursed just is a check in fee and the 2nd fee , none due. The next morning on my wedding , I was going to get ready and I received a email to check out and check back in at check in time. I called the front desk and they said, we can do it on the phone but I still need to go in and complete the check in for signature and pay another $50. I went and explained to them why would I need to check out , they said, I can stay but I had to check out in the system and back in complete the paperwork and pay the &50. I was like no. I payed in full but the second night has a discount of the $50, no need for me to pay , I said, no I have the email confirmation. They said, that it was not through them I needed to pay to stay. Okay but I was , it is here and the room requested and the amount is confirmed. If they can make the reservation and they took the money why can’t they honor the discount why did it became a problem. Therefore, in total, I was going to pay $150 fees besides my room total, totaling of $662 , crazy for two days. Then she was rude and sarcastic, we’ll that’s are fees if you like to get this payed before your checkout , with a smirk. I asked for a supervisor, there’s none, a manager, she said, there was none at the moment either, how about an assistant manager neither she replied. I asked them who handles complaints and concerns. She says, there’s only employees and we only check in and out that’s what we’re here to help . I asked how can we make this right , she says, to check in and out and repay fees .I checked out . I only had three hours to get myself and family to another hotel showered and to the salon before my wedding. Then they still try to charge my card at 1:30am in the morning, they said, it was not successful and to contact them asap. I had to call and tell them off , and told them I was set in another hotel, with better services, and accommodated due to my previous experience. I told them and showed them proof of their mistake and demands from the Ramada. The Ramada representative just said, okay we’ll be assuring your not in our system as no longer here. In addition, half the lights didn’t work . Thank God, I locked my card . Their so ** huh!

We were locked out and the housekeeper wouldn’t let us in (our arms full and tons of ID so it would have been a no-brainer). Aside from that the people here are great! We’ve enjoyed the front desk staff and the room, pool, and breakfast too! The location is central to everything and just minute’s drive to the beach. You can walk to hundreds of restaurants and stores - even the 24-hr fitness. This place allows dogs and for that we are grateful and will return frequently!

The location was ideal. Hotel was small, |with ample parking.. all room doors face the parking lot. The room was spacious and clean. Very close to good restaurants, a few minutes away from beach area, and short drives to points interest. I would recommend.

Great location! Needs updating. Clean. Nice size rooms. Great to have an outdoor pool. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was standard; however, great to have individually wrapped silverware, donuts, bagels, etc. Enjoyed our stay here.

Great deal for the location. Within walking distance to everything including the beach and all the downtown action for a fraction of the price. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. The breakfast was quite good and more than expected.?
The only flaw I could find was the pillows were all lumpy but I guess that's that's kinda expected.

Positive: Bed & refrigerator Negative: No room cleaning. We even asked. We were there 6 days. Only a single packet of coffee the 1st night for 2 ppl. Toilet didn?t work too well. Shaky & hard to flush. Poor continental breakfast with poor fruit. Coffee wasn?t bad.
