Excellent location , courteous staff, rooms & ambience were perfect, the best part was the roof restaurant with swimming pool,full paisa vasool hotel. The complementary breakfast was mind blowing with wide variety of items. Further they have a complementary dropping to Railway station/Airport too.

The reception crew was very polite... all the amminities in the hotel were really good. Food weather its breakfadt or lunch or dinner, was fresh and well cooked,hence tasty. While checking in it took a bit more time then it should have in real.

Very nice experience! My dad’s I planned to celebrate at hotel Ashok Laxmi Nagar and it’s was the best decision. My parents felt soo special very good hospitality. Mr. Promod thanks for hosting very well. Live music with a reputed singer of Nagpur made the evening more special.|And most importantly food was very tasty!!!!!!!!

This hotel must have been a great option when they started. Now rooms are unkept and linens are not great. The staff are lousy. Breakfast options on the rooftop are very poor. Don't go by the pictures on various portals.

During our recent 5-day stay in a family room at the Nagpur Ashok hotel, we encountered two significant issues:
* Malfunctioning Exhaust Fan: The exhaust fan in the toilet was consistently non-functional.
* Poor Wi-Fi Connectivity: The Wi-Fi signal was extremely weak in the room area.
Despite multiple reports to the reception desk, these issues remained unresolved throughout our stay. This level of neglect is particularly disappointing, especially from a hotel of this caliber.
Additionally, the hotel's complimentary airport transfer service was unavailable when we requested it.
While the Nagpur Ashok may have other positive aspects, the disregard for guest complaints was a major drawback and left us feeling quite frustrated.
