KA Realty is in cahoots with Loyalty Real Estate Invs LIc. They stole my home in Cypress, TX. The owner of Loyalty pretends that he will fix your hurricane damage. In turn you end up signing your deed over. I was blessed with help from Habitat for Humanity and David Weekly on the rebuild my home from Harvey 2017.
After completion 3/1/18 , we were kicked out of home by Danny Vongsaly. Apparently during our PTSD moment.. we signed our house over thinkingi his work was being attached to the deed. They are a scam and so is the salesperson that sold my home. Shana CAO. Who is also the partner in crime with Danny Vongsaly aka Loyalty Real Estate Invs. AND they never did any work! They stole my house and sold it. They stole my husband's retirement money! If I were KA, I'd be very concerned on the validity of this sale.
