Within a month of buying the rv our tongue jack went out. 2 months after I bought my rv we found a leak where the pump is, with wood rot. This first rain we had, water poured into the slide out. The first thing I noticed about the RV is how low the stabilizer is. I was told that normal. We hit a pot hole and it bent the frame and jack. So I bring it back to KA and pay them to fix everything. That started a whole new nightmare. Every qoute and invoice from them had a different price, like they just make it up every time they have to. The work never got done and then, I get stuck with a part they over charged me for and refused to give me a refund for the part or labor. They charged me again for labor to diagnose, because they got the first diagnosis wrong. And they charged me for they one too.

Update
I love their response below. Two slide outs were leaking, one on each side, but the impact was the cause. The impact happened on the way back to fix the leak in the video. Notice how they don’t address the discrepancies in the invoices or the lack of refund
Read the consistency in all their reviews. These people are scumbags with money that buy a big web presence to gloss over their bad dealings.

Just recently we had our Coach in for a slide problem, that looked like it was a bad motor or something wrong with the controller. After troubleshooting, Cory found it was a set of very low house batteries that were resetting the memory of the slide controller. After 22 years of camping we had never heard of that and had not come up with any searches on the RV forlks on the Internet. Put new batteries in and all fixed. These are great folk that will get to the problem on your RV and make it Camping Ready again. Thanks Cory.

If I could give it less than 1 star I would. Nothing they repaired event the third time through stuck. They are a bunch of thieves with mechanics they probably hired off the street. Very sloppy repair attempts and stupid mistakes, like not tightening up connections to faucets. Most of the so called repairs I repaired myself after they charged hundreds of dollars to repair. Paid to have washer repaired. (Didn’t spin). Cost $600 to remove the machine for them to tell me that the door gasket was off. Washer still did not work. Took it back, they told me it worked. Did not work. Took it on the road, worked for 3 washers and we were back to the same problem. Brake Job was done and they gave us the RV back with ABS light. (Forgot to plug in wire). AC in dash repaired twice and instead of putting in a new Switch, they replace it with recirculate switch and left that switch dead. Never told us.
Filled the compressor with Freon, knowing it had a leak. I was told the handle light was rusted and I needed a new handle. I purchased a $3.00 Led light and wired it myself. And it goes on and on, to the tune of $6000 worth of worthless repairs.

I gave a good review before, even after paying $3000 for a tune up. After a second opinion from another mechanic for a brake job, that KA estimated for $1,800 and it only cost me $150.00 I feel this place use kindness to lure you in to over price the job. My brakes work beautiful now. Not to mention they left my driver side floor dirty with no signs of bothering to clean their mess.

We have used KA Repair in the past and have been satisfied. Recently, while having our Airstream tires replaced at a tire store, the jack slipped and punched a hole through the belly pan. We were preparing to leave with our trailer for the summer so this was highly inconvenient. But KA Repair got us in quickly and made the repair in a few days. They did a beautiful job.

Just ok. (First review around Feb 2023 and rig in storage until recently)
Follow up from first visit. Had them work on my aquahot again because still having issue with my heat exchangers. After several hours and an additional six hundred dollars with the assurance that everything is working, the rig was placed in storage for about five or six weeks. When it was time to turn heat on, now the diesel burner would not ignite( it was working fine before my visit to KA). Called Chris and was told to bring it back to have them take a look. Being hundreds of miles away and in a campground for a month, that was not an option. I was refused any tech support over the phone and after a brief conversation I was told by this Chris that "I should have tested it the day after they worked on it". Among other pergorative remarks by Chris regarding" like why should he believe anything I say since he doesn't even know me", I realized that this person doesn't get the notion of good customer service and repeat business. I wished him good luck.
P.S. After looking around the aquahot compartment I noticed two loose wires that I have no idea where they go.
By the way, don't put much weight on any response they might give...it's all fluff

Three stars for getting the work done. One star for every job getting immediately hit w two hours diagnostic fee. At an above average labor fee of $200/hr...that's $400 minimum diag plus work to be performed plus huge parts mark-up. That adds up too quickly. Can't recommend.

These guys are great ! Friendly, professional and reasonable. Very straightforward. No “talking down” to a female owner.
